In relation to the above subject matter and in compliance with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we would like to inform that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for all designated persons including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees and their connected persons shall remain closed from 1st July 2024 upto 48 hours from the date of declation of financila results of the Company for quarter ended 30th June 2024.
