Notice is hereby given pursuant to Regulations 29(1)(a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held at the Registered Office of the Company on Tuesday, 30th day of May, 2023 at 1 P.M., to consider, approve and take on record, inter-alia, the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and year ended 31stMarch, 2023among other items. Further, in continuation with the intimation dated 12th April, 2023with reference to the closure of Trading window for dealing in shares of the Company, we would like to inform you that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and "Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders" as adopted by the Company, the Closure in Trading Window shall continue till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for year ended 31st March 2023.
