In terms of the Company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons', adopted under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October, 2022 till 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022 to the public (both days inclusive).
