In terms of the Company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons', adopted under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January, 2023 till 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022 to the public (both days inclusive).
