| The Postal Ballot Notice is set for the Members approval for Adoption of a New Set of Articles of Association aligned with Table F of Schedule I to Companies Act, 2013 and for the Approval for Appointment of Mr S Ramalingam as Secretarial Auditor for a period of 5 Years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-30. The E voting commence from 11th August 2025 and and ends on 10th September 2025. The results for the same shall be declared on or before 12th September 2025. | |
