This is with reference to the captioned subject, we hereby inform you that as per the Company''s Code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading , the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Monday , 1st April 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial results of the Company for the 4th Quarter and Financial year ended on 31st March 2024. During the aforesaid closed Trading Window period the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Promotors, Designated Person and their immediate relatives or any other insider shall not trade in Company''s Shares / Securities. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of the Financial results of the Company for the 4th Quarter ended 31st March 2024 will be intimated in due course.
