We hereby inform you that Mr. Vittal Mangalore Shetty , Whole Time Director of the Company has signified his intention to resign from the office of Whole Time Director and Director of the Company after spending more than four decades in the Company as one of the Promotors. He has further informed that his last working day at VXL Instruments Limited will be 30th April 2024.
