| This is to inform you that we had submitted Unaudited<BR> financial results (Standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2021 on November 13, 2021 BSE listing Centre. However, Earning Per Share (EPS) for the quarter ended on September 30, 2021 has been erroneously typed as 0.39 instead of 3.85 in the standalone un-audited financial result for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2021 and Earning Per Share (EPS) for the half-year ended on September 30, 2021 has been erroneously typed as 4.82 instead of 4.83 in the standalone un-audited financial for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2021.<BR> <BR> This is typographical error, has now been rectified by the company and rectified copy of the un-audited financial results, as adopted and approved by the Board of Directors for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2021 along with limited review report of the Auditors thereon is attached herewith for your perusal. | |
