This is to inform you that, we have received corrigendum order from the Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, ("NCLT"/"Tribunal") Rectification of certain typographical error was there in the final order dated 21.03.2024 wherein the date of appointment date has been wrongly mentioned as 01.04.023 whereas the appointed date as per the clause 5.1 (ii) of the scheme is 01.04.2022
