Pursuant to the above Regulations, we wish to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of Wanbury Limited (the "Company") shall remain closed for the Designated Persons viz. Directors, identified Employees, KMPs, Promoter and Promoter Group of the Company and its subsidiaries including Immediate Relatives of the Designated Persons of the Company and its subsidiaries and for the Connected Persons commencing from 1st July, 2022 till the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results (UFR) of the Company for the quarter and three months ended 30th June, 2022 and two days thereafter. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and three months ended 30th June, 2022 will be intimated to you in due course of time. You are requested to take note of the same.
