Pursuant to provisions of The SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 vide its SEBI Circular No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2023/117, dated 17th January, 2023 and Regulation 16(1)(d) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we have intimated to the stock exchange on February 07, 2023 regarding the Intimation of Senior Management in which in the 1st Para, has been mentioned that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 'Monday, 07th February, 2023', in which the Date 07th has been typed instead of 6th , It is been a typo error. We request you to kindly accept the clarification regarding Typing Error of Date and instead of 7th, consider '06th February, 2023' being the date of Board Meeting
