| Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 ('SEBI PIT Regulations') read with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, we hereby inform the Exchange that the trading window for Trading/Dealing(s) in securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from Saturday, 01st April, 2023 for the Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons and Specified connected persons till forty-eight (48) hours after the declaration of Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ending on March 31, 2023. The Trading Window shall open after 48 hours of declaration/announcement of said financial results. The date of Board Meeting of the company for declaration Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and year ending on March 31, 2023 shall be intimated in due course. | |
