Pursuant to non-applicability of regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for listed entities which have listed their
specified securities on SME Exchange, Newspaper advertisement giving Notice of
the Annual General Meeting of the Company, e-Voting Details and Book Closure have not been published.
