This is to inform you that in pursuance of the Company''s Code of conduct for preventation of Insider Trading for regulating and monitoring and reporting of trading in securities of the company by employees and other connected persons, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company has been closed on 1st April 2021 and will remain closed from 1st April 2021 till 48 hours after the communication of the information to the Stock Exchange the outcome of the Board Meeting to be held for approval of Annual Financial Results for the year ended on 31st March 2021.
