In continuation to our letter dated October 13, 2022, kindly note that in terms of the Information Memorandum dated November 2, 2012 relating to privately placed Secured, Redeemable Non-convertible Debentures issued by the Company with ISIN - INE191B07139, having outstanding principal amount of Rs. 36 crores, the Company has paid the final tranche of the outstanding principal amount of Rs. 36 crores to the debenture holder on November 9, 2022.
