In continuation to our announcement dated May 20, 2022 and February 03, 2023 informing change in Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company from Link Intime (India) Private Limited ('old RTA') to NSDL Database Management Limited ('new RTA') and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), we wish to update you that the Company has executed Bipartite Agreement with new RTA and the physical records have also been shifted. This concludes the RTA change procedure. We request you to take the above on record and that the same be treated as compliance under the applicable regulation(s) under the SEBI Listing Regulations.
