With reference to the above subject and pursuant to the requirements under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/ Designated Persons/Connected Persons of the Company from 25th March 2023 upto 48 hours after the disclosure of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March 2023 to the Stock Exchange.
