With reference to the above subject and pursuant to the requirements of SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 as amended and as per the Company''s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the directors/ officers/ designated persons/ connected persons of the Company from Monday 25th December 2023 upto 48 hours after the disclosure of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 31st December 2023 to the Stock Exchange.
