With reference to the abovementioned subject and pursuant to the requirements of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 as amended and as per the Company''s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading. Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the directors/officers/ designated persons/connected persons of the Company from Monday, 25th March 2024 upto 48 hours after the disclosure of the Audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2024 to the Stock Exchange.
