| We are pleased to inform you that the meeting of the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 15.04.2017 at 11.30 am to inter-alia consider the allotment of upto 9,25,00,000 equity shares and 3,25,00,000 warrants of the Company of the face value of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 25,00,00,000/- to Bermaco Energy Limited pursuant to the In Principle' Approval letter No. DCS/PREF/AC/PRE/1794/2016-17 dated 31.03.2017 received from BSE at about 5.30 pm. Further, please note that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the amendments thereto, and the Insider Trading Code of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for all Designated Employees of the Company from 13.04.2017 to 16.04.2017 (both days inclusive).
