With respect to the provisions of the Securities and exchange board of India (PIT) Regs, 2015 and the Companys Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Window for Trading in the Securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons, Designated Employees, Specified Persons and their immediate Relatives, will remain closed from Monday, 1st April 2024 till the Completion of 48 hours after the Standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2024 become generally available information. In this regard, all the Members mentioned above have been advised not to trade in the Securites of the Company during the aforesaid period of Trading Window Closure.
