With respect to the provisions of the Securites and Exchange Board of India (PIT) Regulations 2015 and the Companies Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Window for Trading in the Securities of the Company for all the Designated persons, Designated Employees, Specified Persons and their immediate relatives, will remain closed from Tuesday, 1st October, 2024 till the completion of 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2024 becomes generally available information. In this regards all the members mentioned above have been advised not to trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of Trading Window Closure
