Please refer our letter dated April 4, 2024 informing that the transaction for transfer of shares held by Princess Nourahh Bint Abdulrahaman University''s Endowment Company (joint venture partner) in Women''s Business Park Technologies Limited ( step-down subsidiary of Wipro Limited) was expected to be completed by June 30, 2024. In continuation to the aforesaid letter, it is hereby informed that the said transaction is now expected to be completed by October 31, 2024, subject to receipt of requisite regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
