Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is informed that Attune Australia Pty Limited, step-down subsidiary of Wipro Limited has been voluntarily de-registered with effect from June 26, 2024. The completion of aforesaid liquidation reflected in the commercial registry records on June 27, 2024.
