Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we are enclosing herewith notice of Postal Ballot dated 3rd November, 2025 along with Explanatory Statement for seeking Member''s approval by way of special resolution for appointment of Mr. Om Prakash Bhatt (DIN: 00548091) as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a term of 5 years from 3rd November, 2025 to 2nd November, 2030 and continuation of his directorship notwithstanding his attaining the age of 75 years during the term.
