| WOMEN NETWORKS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we would like to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 29th May, 2023 to consider and approve, inter alia, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31.03.2023 along with other routine business. The trading window for dealing with the securities of the Company is already closed as per the Company''s code of conduct read with BSE Circular No, LIST/COMP/0L/2019-20; dated April 02, 2019 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31.03.2023 to the public. Accordingly all the directors and employees of the company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
