Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform that in compliance of the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed for the designated persons with effect from 1st April, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2023. Further, the date of Board Meeting for consideration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2023 will be intimated in due course.
