To determine the limits under sections 180 and 186 of the Companies Act, 2013.<BR> <BR> 2.) To Appoint Mr. Janakbhai Fulchandbhai Dalvadi (DIN: 08723283) as Whole Time Director of the company.<BR> <BR> 3.)
