As per regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. on 7th October, 2023 has approved the allotment of 938197 equity shares of Rs. 10 each by way of Bonus issue to such members whose name have appeared in Register of Members as on October 5, 2023 in the ration of 15:100.
