In continuation of our corporate announcement submitted on 25th August, 2023 for resignation of Compliance Officer, we hereby submit addendum to the same by adding the resignation letter accepted by the Board of Directors. Except the addition of Resignation letter, all other disclosures shall remain unchanged. Pursuant to mail dated 02nd February, 2024, please find attached Resignation Letter as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 in sub-para 7C of Para A of Part A in Schedule III annexed herewith as Annexure-II Kindly take the same on records.
