Pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and NSE & BSE Circular dated 02.04.2019, we would like to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company, shall remain close for all the Directors, KMPs, Designated Employees and Connected Persons covered under the Code from Thursday, 1st April, 2021 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2021.<BR> <BR> The date of the Board meetings for considering the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2021 shall be intimated to you in due course.<BR> <BR> Accordingly, all the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives have been intimated not to trade in the Company''s share during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.<BR>
