| ZENSAR TECHNOLOGIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 23/07/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) and other applicable provisions, rules and regulations, if any, this is to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors ('Board') of the Company, is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, inter-alia, to consider and approve Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results, for the quarter ending June 30, 2024, and to take on record, the Limited Review Report thereon. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and the underlying Code, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company, will be closed with effect from July 1, 2024 till further notice | |
