| This is in continuance to the earlier communication dated September 22, 2022, regarding the outcome of the Second Meeting of the Committee of Creditors ('CoC') of the Corporate Debtor held on Wednesday, September 21, 2022. Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('LODR') and in accordance with the requirements of sub-clause 16(g) of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of LODR, the undersigned would like to inform you that the e-voting for the Second Meeting of the CoC of the Corporate Debtor was concluded at 5:00 PM on September 26, 2022. The following resolutions has been approved with the requisite majority by the CoC: 1. Appointment of Resolution Professional and fixation of his remuneration which shall constitute Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process Costs. 2. The eligibility criteria for invitation of expression of interest from the Potential Resolution Applicants. . | |
