Zigma Software Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for purchase / sale of shares of the Company is closed for Board Members and Senior Management Personnel w.e.f. October 31, 2015.<BR><BR>The trading window will be opened only after the expiry of 24 hours of the Board meeting and the public announcement of Un-audited Financial Result for the quarter / six months ended September 30, 2015.
