Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), read with sub-clause (7A) of Clause A in Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you of the resignation of M/s Navin Nishar & Associates as Statutory Auditors of the Company. A copy of the resignation letter dated 14th August 2024 along with Annexure-A as per SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD1/114/2019 dated 18th October 2019, as received from the outgoing Auditors, are attached herewith.
