Zuari Forex Ltd has informed BSE that as per the directions of the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay at Goa in Company Application No. 42 of 2011 a Court Convened Meeting of Equity shareholders of the Company was held at Phoenix Park Inn Resort, Sequera Vado, Candolim, Goa - 403001 on November 14, 2011 at 11.30 a.m. for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving with or without modifications the Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement between Zuari Forex Ltd. ('the transferor Company' or 'ZFL') AND their respective shareholders, has been approved by the shareholders unanimously.
