Aluminium Futures Fall on Low Demand - PTI

Aluminium futures prices declined on Monday due to weak demand from consuming industries. The commodity fell by 0.49% to Rs 234.40 per kg on the Multi Commodity Exchange.
New Delhi, Apr 29 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Monday declined 0.49 per cent to Rs 234.40 per kilogram in the futures market as participants trimmed their positions on a weak trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in May fell Rs 1.15 or 0.49 per cent to Rs 234.40 per kg in 4,163 lots.
Analysts said cutting down of positions by participants on easing demand from consuming industries mainly kept aluminium prices lower.
