Aluminium prices declined on the Multi Commodity Exchange due to weak demand from consuming industries, as reported by PTI.

New Delhi, Apr 24 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Thursday declined marginally to Rs 236.25 per kilogram in the futures market as participants trimmed their positions on a weak trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in May fell marginally 5 paise or 0.02 per cent to Rs 236.25 per kg in 4,197 lots.
Analysts said cutting down of positions by participants on easing demand from consuming industries mainly kept aluminium prices lower.
