Aluminium Futures Rise: Fresh Bets Fuel Price Hike
Aluminium futures climb on fresh bets. Prices up Rs 0.55 to Rs 268.70/kg in December futures trade. Demand from industries supports rise.
New Delhi, Nov 26 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Wednesday rose 55 paise to Rs 268.70 per kilogram in the futures trade as speculators built up fresh positions amid a positive trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in December increased 55 paise or 0.21 per cent to Rs 268.70 per kg in 2,988 lots.
Analysts said fresh positions created by traders amid demand from consuming industries supported aluminium prices in the futures market.
