Aluminium Futures Rise on Fresh Bets - PTI

Aluminium futures prices climbed 0.84% on the Multi Commodity Exchange on Monday, driven by fresh bets from speculators and demand from consuming industries.
New Delhi, Sep 30 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Monday climbed 0.84 per cent to Rs 239.50 per kilogram in futures trade as speculators built up fresh positions amid a positive trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium contracts for October delivery increased Rs 2 or 0.84 per cent to Rs 239.50 per kg in a business turnover of 3,328 lots.
Analysts said fresh positions created by traders amid demand from consuming industries supported aluminium prices in the futures market.
