Aluminium Futures Surge on Fresh Bets - PTI

Aluminium futures climbed 0.26% to Rs 228.90 per kg on Wednesday, driven by fresh positions from speculators and positive spot market trends.
New Delhi, Jun 26 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Wednesday climbed 0.26 per cent to Rs 228.90 per kilogram in futures trade as speculators built up fresh positions amid a positive trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium contracts for July delivery increased by 60 paise or 0.26 per cent to Rs 228.90 per kg in a business turnover of 4,383 lots.
Analysts said fresh positions created by traders amid demand from consuming industries supported aluminium prices in the futures market.
