Priyansh Kapoor named CEO of Arvind SmartSpaces, effective August 9, 2025. He brings 16 years of real estate experience from Godrej Properties and The Wadhwa Group.
New Delhi, Jul 22 (PTI) Realty firm Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd has appointed Priyansh Kapoor as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Kapoor has been appointed as the new Whole-Time Director and CEO with effect from August 9, 2025, the company said.
Kamal Singal will continue to serve as Managing Director, the Ahmedabad-based company said in a regulatory filing on Monday.
Kapoor has about 16 years of experience in various leadership roles, primarily in the real estate sector. He has earlier worked for Godrej Properties and The Wadhwa Group.
Arvind SmartSpaces, part of Lalbhai Group, has real estate developments across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Bengaluru, Pune and Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
