Copper Futures Fall on Weak Demand

Copper futures declined 0.12% to Rs 899.25 per kg on July 25th due to weak domestic demand and reduced participant positions.
New Delhi, Jul 25 (PTI) Copper futures on Friday fell 0.12 per cent to Rs 899.25 per kilogram as participants reduced their positions amid muted demand in the domestic market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for August delivery eased Rs 1.05 or 0.12 per cent to Rs 899.25 per kilogram in a business turnover of 6,368 lots.
Analysts attributed the decline in copper prices to lower bets by participants.
