Copper Futures Rise on Higher Demand - PTI

Copper prices climbed 0.23% to Rs 721.30 per kg on the Multi Commodity Exchange, driven by increased spot demand and bullish bets by participants.
New Delhi, Nov 30 (PTI) Copper prices on Thursday rose 0.23 per cent to Rs 721.30 per kilogram in the futures market on the back of higher spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for delivery in December traded higher by Rs 1.65 or 0.23 per cent at Rs 721.30 per kg in a business turnover of 5,235 lots.
Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to the raising of bets by participants.
