Copper Futures Rise on Higher Demand | PTI

New Delhi, Jan 4 (PTI) Copper prices on Thursday rose 0.11 per cent to Rs 728.40 per kilogram in the futures market on the back of higher spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for delivery in January traded higher by 80 paise or 0.11 per cent at Rs 728.40 per kg in a business turnover of 5,225 lots.
Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to the raising of bets by participants.
