Copper Futures Rise on Increased Demand - PTI

Copper prices in India's futures market rose on Tuesday due to increased spot demand, with July contracts trading higher on the Multi Commodity Exchange.
New Delhi, Jun 25 (PTI) Copper prices on Tuesday rose 0.02 per cent to Rs 848 per kilogram in the futures market on the back of higher spot demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for delivery in July traded higher 15 paise or 0.02 per cent at Rs 848 per kg in a business turnover of 8,418 lots.

Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to the raising of bets by participants.
