Copper Futures Rise on Spot Demand | PTI
Copper futures on the Multi Commodity Exchange rose on Tuesday, driven by higher spot demand. Analysts attribute the rise to increased bets by participants.
New Delhi, Feb 18 (PTI) Copper futures on Tuesday rose Rs 1.95 to Rs 868.15 per kilogram on the back of higher spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for March delivery climbed Rs 1.95 or 0.23 per cent to Rs 868.15 per kg in a business turnover of 3,564 lots.
Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to higher bets by participants.
