Copper futures prices in India rose on Monday due to increased demand in the spot market, with speculators creating fresh positions. Learn more about the trend.
New Delhi, Mar 24 (PTI) Copper prices on Monday rose 0.4 per cent to Rs 906.60 per kilogram in the futures market as speculators built up fresh positions amid a positive trend in the spot market.


On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in April increased Rs 3.60 or 0.4 per cent to Rs 906.60 per kg in 6,240 lots.

Analysts said fresh positions created by traders amid demand from consuming industries supported aluminium prices in the futures market.
