Coriander Futures Decline on Low Demand - PTI
Coriander futures prices fell on Thursday due to weak demand in the spot market. Speculators reduced their positions, leading to a decline in prices on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange.
New Delhi, Mar 6 (PTI) Coriander prices on Thursday eased Rs 2 to Rs 7,978 per quintal in futures trade as speculators reduced their positions amid weak demand in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, coriander contracts for April delivery declined Rs 2 or 0.03 per cent to Rs 7,978 per quintal in 21,275 lots.
Market analysts said subdued demand in the spot market mainly led to the decline in coriander prices here.
