Coriander Futures Decline on Low Demand

Coriander futures prices fell by Rs 48 to Rs 7,762 per quintal due to weak demand in the spot market. Speculators reduced positions, impacting August contracts.
New Delhi, Jul 23 (PTI) Coriander prices on Wednesday eased by Rs 48 to Rs 7,762 per quintal in futures trade as speculators reduced their positions amid a weak demand in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, coriander contracts for August delivery declined Rs 48 or 0.62 per cent to Rs 7,762 per quintal in 15,475 lots.
Market analysts said subdued demand in the spot market led to the decline in coriander prices here.
